HOW MADE TO ORDER WORKS.
The stocked catalogue is open to everyone. The extended MTO catalogue is shared with selected business customers after a request is reviewed.
Tell us the products, approximate quantities and timing you have in mind. If the range is a fit, we share access and discuss the relevant styles. We then confirm a quotation, minimum quantities, lead time and payment arrangements before an order proceeds.
Wholesale approval does not automatically include MTO access. MTO styles are not advertised as ready-to-ship inventory.

Can I see the stocked catalogue without an account?
Yes. The stocked catalogue is open to everyone and can be viewed or downloaded without submitting a form.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Apply for a wholesale account. After review and setup, approved buyers receive sign-in instructions and access to the pricing assigned to their business.
Does submitting the form approve my account?
No. Strongarm reviews the application and contacts you about the next steps. Account approval and any payment terms are confirmed separately.
Does a wholesale account include the MTO catalogue?
Not automatically. Request extended-range access separately with the products, quantities and timing you have in mind.
Can I order on payment terms?
Payment terms are subject to agreement for your account. Do not assume that an approved wholesale account automatically includes credit or a particular payment period.
Is the made-to-order collection public?
No. The extended catalogue is shared with selected business customers after a request is reviewed. MTO files and pricing are provided separately after approval.
What are the wholesale minimums and order increments?
Choose the number of cartons you need. Each carton contains one size and SKU, and the carton contents are shown on the product page.
Can distributors return wholesale orders?
No. All wholesale and distributor purchases are final sale, without discretionary returns or exchanges. Please report damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries promptly so we can review the issue under your agreed terms and applicable legal rights.

No. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout using carton weights and your delivery address. The retail $99 free-shipping offer does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders. Contact us before ordering if you need a freight quote or special delivery arrangements.
